Bob Sartori
 Lead
Consultant for the Tax Services Division. Bob Sartori has
over 21 years of experience in both P&C and Life
premium taxation. Bob has been responsible for the oversight
of both state and local premium and retaliatory taxes, including
tax planning, compliance, and audits for several large insurance
companies.
Bob's experience has been generated
through his employment with Prudential Financial, Crum & Forster, and Chubb Insurance
Co. Bob is a frequent panelist and speaker at multiple insurance
state tax industry conferences and has been a representative
to both P&C and Life insurance industry Trade Associations.

John Wagner
 One
of the leading voices in the insurance industry, John Wagner,
a well-known tax professional, is a key consultant and final
reviewer of premium tax returns for the Tax Services Division.
John brings 37 plus years of experience
to our Services business and is a wealth of premium tax knowledge.
Wagner graduated from DePaul University with an MBA in 1974.
He was with CNA Insurance Companies for 37+ years, the last
16 years spent as the Assistant Vice President of Premium
Tax. For at least a decade, Wagner has served as a Steering
Committee Member of the National Premium Tax Conference.

Christine Gustafson
 Christine
Gustafson, a multi-discipline tax lawyer and recognized authority
on state tax matters, is a Consultant to TriTech through helping
out with tax return review work and premium tax consulting.
Possessing a very strong technical
and legal background, she brings over 20 years of state and
local tax experience to TriTech. Gustafson graduated from
DePaul University with a J.D. with emphasis in taxation.
She has since worked for companies such as Allstate, Ernst & Young, and Foley & Lardner.
Currently, she is the owner and practitioner of C. Gustafson
Law, providing tax counseling, consulting and compliance
services. Gustafson has also published Lexis-Nexis Insights
and she is an Illinois Certified Mediator, working pro bono
juvenile cases.

Christopher Hertzog
 Chris
Hertzog has been with TriTech for 5 years. He has worked
as a product Developer/Tester, Manager of the Testing/Quality
Assurance Team, and finally Manager of Tax Compliance with
TriTech Services. He has a BBA in Accounting from Midwestern
State University in Texas. He recently passes all four parts
of his CPA exam and is now a CPA.

Jing Xu
 As
a tax services account supervisor, Jing Xu is mainly responsible
for communicating with clients, contacting states, overseeing
processors’ work, and reviewing returns. She joined
TriTech in 2005 after receiving a MA degree in economics
from the University of Missouri-Columbia. While working at
TriTech, she also earned her MS degree in accounting and
information management from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Joyce Voyles
 Joyce
Voyles received her BS degree from Southern
Illinois University of Edwardsville, Illinois.
She worked in the Insurance Industry first
as a Financial Accountant, then spent the last
25 years as a Premium Tax Accountant. This
is her second year with TriTech Software Services.
She is a tax services account supervisors
and return reviewer at TriTech Services.
